Overview

Being culturally aware is more than understanding geographies, nationalities and cultural values. 

In the global economy, organisations are likely to be more multicultural, both within their own organisation and in the various locations where they operate.

These organisations can benefit tremendously from recognising, engaging and listening to their diverse workforce, business partners and client base. 

However, organisations and their employees may also fail to fully implement or sometimes even recognise the need for a robust EDI (Equality, Diversity and Inclusinon) policy.  They may also behave in a way that reveals unconscious bias and microaggressions toward some team members.

• The USA - What's really going on in the 'land of free' where 'all men are created equal'.  Understanding a divided nation and how its history and mindset still haunts the politics, the economy and everyday life that goes beyond the headlines.  Vital knowledge for US organisations or anyone working with the USA.
• The Middle East - Exploring this vastly diverse region in context, attitudes toward diversity in the workplace and society, the impact of outside cultures and reliance on expatriate labour, and how the region is changing.  We also address issues that are in direct opposition to employment laws in various countries, which may include your own organisation.  A must for business leaders and HR teams.
